Job Overview

Work with material and product clients to resolve issues involving missing, damaged and incorrect shipments. Assisting in the organization of third party projects. Communicating professionally and accurately over high visibility email chains. 

What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

• Verify part mark stamp and quantity of parts is correct with receipt/shipping paperwork
• Communicating directly with clients via email coordinating high value product / material 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite to provide pick lists for pickers
• Email Fluency and generally detail oriented 
• Electronically process transaction WMS and stage on designated cart/rack
• Package parts following Material Handling Guidelines/kitting requirements/kit boxes
• Adhere to 5S requirements (methodology) within personal work area and area of responsibility Adhere to all safety guidance/principles
• Drive Stand Up Forklift 
• Problem solving, missing, damaged and incorrect shipments 
• Managing issues across departments with leadership regularly

• A Shift 5am-3:30pm Mon-Thurs $22.00 
• B Shift 5am-5:30pm Fri-Sun $23.50
• C Shift 5pm-3:30am Mon-Thurs $23.50
• D shift 5pm-3:30pm Thurs-Sun $23.50

Job Description:

• Not on a lift 100% of the time
• Will operate cherry picker & EPJ forklift
• Performing material handling functions
• Perform Inventory Control counts
• Unloading & loading of trailers
• Additional duties as assigned
