ProLogistix is currently hiring Forklift Operators for our Logistics client in Ladson.  This is a career opportunity inside of an automotive manufacturer.  You will be working in a production environment delivering parts to the production line just in time. Part sizes can range from nuts and bolts to as large as bumpers.

Pay:  $16.50 – $17.50 /hr (Unlimited referral bonuses!)

1st Shift:  6:00 am – 2:15 pm Monday through Friday

2^nd Shift:  2:10 pm – 10:10 PM Monday – Friday

3^rd Shift: 8:30 PM – 6:05 AM Sundays

              10:05 PM – 6:05 AM Monday – Thursday

Job Duties as a Forklift Operator for ProLogistix:

• Operate forklifts to move product on and off trucks and around warehouse. Load into racking as needed.
• Assist with unloading containers by hand, repalletizing products, and loading into warehouse racks or trucks. Will be unloading by hand 50% of the time.
• Willing to work in any area of the warehouse to keep production moving…must be flexible!
• Work in a fast-paced team environment
• Must be willing to work in a tight environment
• Accurate recordkeeping and inventory documentation

Experienced Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operators needed in Baytown!

Job Specifics:

Skilled worker with a thorough knowledge of procedures and processes associated with supply, storage, and distribution functions in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will be responsible for inbound orders, outbound orders, inventory management, storage and accurate documentation of packaged material from a conveyor line.

Experience Requirements:

Must have at least one year of forklift experience in shipping & receiving warehouse environment.

Job duties:

• Take packaged material from line to container

• Inspect container before loading

• Transfer heavy material to production line when needed

• Ensure all dock operations are performed in a safe matter

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment

• Occasionally assist the production line with special projects

• Inspect equipment daily and frequently

Pay rate: $16.50/hr. Schedule: Monday-Friday (need to be available for weekends when required).7:00am – 7:00pm.
