Temp To Hire Positions! 

Pay Rates: $22/hour – $23.50/hour

Multiple Shifts Available:

Sunday – Tuesday 6am – 6pm OR 6pm – 6am 

Wed-Sat 6am – 4:30pm OR Wednesday – Saturday 5pm-3:30am 

Job Description: We work with big bulk items such as furniture. 

• Operate a cherry picker forklift to pull, move,and place products at varying heights

• Pick orders accurately according using RF Scanners

• Load and unload goods from trucks and staging areas

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control 

• Previous forklift operating experience (6-12 months preferred)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety awareness 

• Complete all assigned tasks within established productivity and accuracy standards 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment 

ResourceMFG is looking for Order Pickers for our clients in Manor, TX. 

Order Picker (Warehouser) selects and stages snack products for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness in a fast-paced, physical environment, often with varied hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment: 

Receive pick tickets, use technology (scanners, etc.) to locate and select correct product cases from warehouse locations.

Palatalizing & Loading:

Build pallets with selected items, shrink-wrap them, and load them onto delivery trucks (trailers).

Inventory Management:

Restock shelves, perform physical inventory counts, and maintain organized stock.

Warehouse Maintenance: 

Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized (housekeeping/sanitation).

Safety & Accuracy:

Adhere to high health, safety, and quality standards, ensuring order accuracy.

Shift Hours: 7am to Finish. Will be working 10-15 hours per day – 4 days per week. Need to be able to work on Sundays as a set schedule.

Pay: $18.50 per hour + OT pay after 40 hours worked
