Your dream job awaits! ProLogistix is seeking a 2^nd shift Warehouse Supervisor for our distribution facility in Kent, WA.

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be supervising, leading, and providing guidance to workers in the shipping/receiving areas. The warehouse supervisor will also help on the warehouse floor by providing support in stocking, receiving, checking, assembling, and the freezer deli.

Sunday through Thursday | 1:00pm-9:30pm | $28.20/hr

Job Duties of the Warehouse Supervisor

• Manage, supervise, and train workers in the warehouse: Laborers, equipment operators, product handlers, drivers, clerks, and inventory control.
• Help workers in the warehouse that are Loading, unloading, inventory control, cycle counting, material handling, loading/unloading, packaging, picking, packaging, labeling, preparing shipping paperwork, ensuring the correct paperwork is received with inbound shipments, etc.
• Ensure tasks and duties are completed on time and in a safe manner.
• Assign workers to receive, count, stock, replenish, and manage merchandise.
• Assign workers to accurately assemble all customers’ orders and ship within a specified timeframe.
• Coordinates the loading and dispatching of all routes.
• Coordinate with customers to arrange deliveries of merchandise.
• Coordinate with sales and customers for any schedule/delivery adjustments.
• Communicates to the inbound/outbound freight companies including common carriers.

Pay: $40-$45/hr

Schedule: 2 shifts available!!!

               Sun-Thurs 12pm-9pm

               Sun-Thurs 8pm-4am

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the coordination of various manufacturing and warehouse functions within a single large, complex and fast paced production facility to drive maximum financial results and deliver a quality on-time product for customers.

Job Duties:

• Develop, monitor, and ensure timely completion of plant goals/action plans, both short and long term.
• Utilize new technology and lean manufacturing principals and processes available to maximize efficiency.
• Promote development of cost saving initiatives.
• Develop a work environment within manufacturing that promotes trust, teamwork quality and safety.
• Ensure production of a quality product in compliance with client, Federal and State guidelines Ensure regulatory compliance as appropriate (OSHA, EPA, FDA, USDA, HACCP, Etc.)

Production Supervisor Schedule:  Tuesday – Saturday 3^rd shift 10 PM – 6:30 AM (Saturdays are 12 hours)

Production Supervisor job responsibilities and duties:

• A Supervisor (LI) performs overhaul planning/supervision work, acts as the contract coordinator to ensure company contract with vendors are executed with required specifications.
• Ensures a safe workplace is maintained and there is a safety mindset in all things we do.Supervise up to 20 or more production employees.
• Follows all policies, ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by Keurig Dr Pepper and the department.
• Oversees all process documentation and training program procedures to assure consistency of operational tasks, and the safety and cleanliness of the workplace.
• Ensures a quality product is being produced and all quality processes are being followed.Operates at or below the budgeted cost for production utilizing lean manufacturing procedures and cross training.
• Responsibility to report food safety, quality and regulatory compliance to plant or division personnel with authority to initiate action.
• Responsible for ensuring the production of a safe, wholesome, and quality product and requires trained designees when applicable.
• Performs other duties as requested by management.
