Job summary:
- This position supervises many of the daily activities for an area of a warehouse operation.
- This position ensures performance goals are met, maintains inventory accuracy, adheres to quality standards, and effectively manages staff.
- This position manages operational efficiency and ensures work completion is ACCURATE in an operational area.
Responsibilities:
- Supports employees’ attendance records. Ensures compliance.
- Manages inventory control and accuracy for destruction orders.
- Participates in improving the efficiency of the warehouse operations and oversees housekeeping of the area.

Production Supervisor – 1st & 2nd Shift Available
Shifts: 1st (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) or 2nd (3:00 PM–11:30 PM)
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a team of 10–20 technicians supporting Modular Protection Automation and Control (MPAC) projects. This role requires hands-on leadership and experience in electrical utility relay protection, control systems, and assembly operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead assembly technicians through all project phases
- Train employees on wiring, assembly standards, and equipment use
- Support and enforce safety programs and standards
- Manage, approve, and track employee time sheets
- Order and manage materials, tools, and supplies
- Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
- Assist with wiring, integration, testing, and commissioning of MPAC systems
- Support equipment installation and field service activities
- Collaborate with Service Center leadership to meet production goals
Requirements:
- Experience in electrical protection and control systems required
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
