Ready to take charge in a fast paced, high volume distribution environment? ProLogistix is hiring an experienced Operations Supervisor to support a busy 3PL distribution center in Sumner, WA. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who thrives on teamwork, accountability, and getting results. Immediate start available.

Operations Supervisor

Sumner, WA

$35.00 per hour

Shifts

Monday
6:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and alignment with client expectations
  • Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals
  • Monitor staffing levels and adjust labor allocation to meet operational demands
  • Oversee inbound and outbound processes including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support employee development
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Maintain accurate reporting of production metrics, inventory levels, and shift performance
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross functional teams to support business objectives
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as an Operations Supervisor or Warehouse Supervisor in a high volume distribution or 3PL environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop front line teams
  • Hands on knowledge of warehouse operations including inbound and outbound processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced setting
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational excellence

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, logistics, or 3PL environment.

• Strong understanding of distribution operations, inventory flow, and warehouse processes.

• Ability to lead teams in a fast paced, high volume environment.
