The 2nd Shift Working Supervisor is responsible for managing the seasonal workforce picking and packing orders, while working along side them. Will assist with continuing training, ensuring the team stays on task hitting goals, and working with the branch on ensuring a successful season

ProLogistix is currently seeking 1st Shift Team Leads for a integrated container logistics company in the Ridgeville area. These are career opportunities, that are part of a Global Supply Chain company supporting inventory management, fulfillment and delivery services.
Pay: $22.00- $25.00 /hr. (Unlimited referral bonuses!)
1st Shift: 6:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday (flexibility to start early, stay late, or help on weekends is needed)

Job Duties as a Team Lead for ProLogistix:
- Assist Warehouse Management to direct associates based on productivity needs
- Microsoft Office skills needed to assist with record-keeping and reporting
- If certified, may operate High Reach/Turret or Order Picker forklifts to move product on and off trucks and around warehouse. Load into racking as needed.
- Assist with unloading containers by hand, repalletizing products, and loading into warehouse racks or trucks. Could be unloading by hand as much as 50% of the time.
