Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk for a full-time position in the Airport area of El Paso, TX. This role involves coordinating inventory, managing shipments, processing documents, and working with customs brokers to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Maintain accurate inventory of client commodities in the warehouse.

• Resolve discrepancies between items received, stored, and shipped.

• Arrange trucking and shipping of client merchandise.

• Calculate handling, receiving, and shipping charges for billing purposes.

• Prepare and process shipping documents (bills of lading, shipper’s instructions, certificates of origin).

• Coordinate customs processes with brokers to ensure timely freight delivery.

Job duties include but not limited to:

• Proficiently read, analyze, and understand blueprints, work orders, and measurement
• Positions stops or guides to specified length as indicated by blueprints, scale, rule or template.
• Maintains fabricating equipment and makes adjustments to prepare equipment for safe and efficient operation.
• Proficiently make measurement adjustments and calculations
• Inspect material and product for defect 
• Accurately measure and identify materials based on work instructions

2nd Shift: $20.00

This position requires that the person be able to perform regular activities utilizing specific equipment for the tasks in various departments.

• Safely operate Powered Industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution.

• Pick, pack, wrap, Load, unload, and store products and/or materials.

• Stack and/or transport materials and products to designated areas.

• Use equipment to scan product and print labels. • Complete paperwork and operate inventory management systems as needed.

• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed, and complete cycle counts as required. • Perform daily safely inspections per the Safety Checklist on forklift trucks

• Ensure facility is inspection ready at all times based on customer needs and Communicate and report any incidents to supervisor.

• Perform daily housekeeping duties Ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner with co-workers and management.
