• Recent Logistics Data Entry experience required.
• Import / Export knowledge.
• Trace and track export files, shipments and reporting.
• Use Ocean Export Workflow Monitor daily.
• A good understanding of the customer’s Products and Services Basic understanding of world geography Understanding of Global Supply Chain and the role of an International Logistics Provider
• Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service within the Ocean Department.
• Prepare, handle, and process documentation- including house and master ocean bills, commercial documents, and customs/regulatory documents.
• Understand customer’s procedures and maintain updated internal SOPs.
• Accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, other offices worldwide, and co-workers through high volume of email, phone, instant message, and in person.
• Monitor reports. Accurate and timely client billing.
