About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team for night shift operations in a fast-paced production facility. This role involves operating powered industrial trucks, managing inventory with handheld scanners, and ensuring timely and accurate handling of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and order pickers to move, stack, and retrieve products and materials

• Accurately label items and scan with a handheld device

• Load and unload trailers as required

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment (7S compliance)

• Support process excellence and adhere to Supply Chain quality standards

• Assist with inbound receiving processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience

• Certification in operating powered industrial lift trucks

• Experience in labeling and using hand scanners (required)

• Flexibility to work overtime when needed

• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally over 75 lbs.

• Physical capability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, pull, stand, walk, and use hands frequently

• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures

Schedule Monday – Friday 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm Pay: $18.25 The Forklift Operator I is primarily responsible for safely operating basic powered material handling equipment (excluding the Order Picker, Turret and Drexel) for the purpose of product receipt, storage and order fulfillment. This position is responsible for product safety, quality and legality.

• Primary Responsibilities
• 1. Full case order picking for replenishment, customer orders and packaging components . 2. Pallet retrieval and put away in narrow aisle bulk rack storage system. 3. Quality control to ensure accuracy of all transactions. 4. Loading and unloading of pallets and cases from trucks and conveyor lines, by hand or equipment . 5. Sorting and build product to pallets to ensure compliance to customer expectation. 6. Use of machinery to apply shrink wrap to pallets. 7. Perform a pre- and post-equipment checklist. 8. Maintain accuracy of storage locations by performing daily cycle counts and routine inventory maintenance tasks. 9. Perform other distribution work functions as needed due to business volume and need . Education/Experience 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Ability to operate powered basic material handling equipment, i.e. electric pallet jack, forklift, etc. 3. Ability to work on equipment at extended heights. 4.
