Position Summary

This role supports advanced solar cell manufacturing by operating and monitoring precision production equipment used in silicon wafer processing. Operators contribute directly to the fabrication of next-generation solar technologies while maintaining strict quality, safety, and process standards.

Core Duties

• Execute silicon wafer cleaning, texturing, and doping processes
• Operate and monitor high-temperature diffusion furnaces
• Perform chemical etching and deposition processes for anti-reflective coatings
• Conduct screen printing of conductive pastes and manage curing operations
• Perform quality control testing including IV measurements and electroluminescence imaging
• Support production of mono and polycrystalline solar cells
• Assist with process optimization, tool optimization, and yield improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications
