About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse Associate to support retail and e-commerce fulfillment. This role is essential to ensuring orders are accurately packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare retail and e-commerce orders for shipment
• Verify order accuracy and inspect products for quality
• Label packages and complete required documentation
• Receive, store, and replenish inventory as needed
• Assist with inventory and cycle counts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety and operational procedures

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to read and communicate fluently in English (Spanish a plus)

The Sea Export Customer Service / Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist plays a key role in managing export shipments and delivering superior customer experience. This position coordinates the full lifecycle of sea export operations, supports customers with proactive communication, handles documentation, and ensures compliance with global logistics standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the complete export shipment process, including booking, pick-up/inland transport arrangements, and routing.
• Prepare and manage all export documentation such as Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, export declarations (AES), and commercial documents.
• Update shipment statuses, ensure accurate data entry, and maintain high data quality throughout the shipment lifecycle.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance of manufacturing machinery and facilities related equipment. He/ She will engage in the repair of automated computerized machine controls, repair and maintain machines, equipment, buildings and grounds.

Essential Job Functions

Makes major electrical, mechanical, and construction repairs and installation involving schematics and/or blueprint interpretation.

Troubleshoots drive related issues to component level for Fanuc, Siemens, Allen Bradley and other brands of controllers.

Communicates same through work order system comments/history.
