PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

· Receives adjustment priorities from the Shift Supervisor.

· Responsible for meeting and maintaining quality standards set by Q.A. Dept.

· Sets up machines with standard cycle time for production.

· Responsible for required adjustments needed to fulfill the product specification requirements such as weight, color distribution, and cycle times.

· Setup molds as required by production schedule.

· Maintain a clean and safe work area and report any unsafe working conditions.

· Check and maintain quality of the product being produced by identifying acceptable and non-acceptable product.

· Work independently from verbal and/or written instructions from the Shift Supervisor.

· Answer machine alarms as they occur and address the root cause.

· Communicate with off-going/on-coming technicians.

· Documenting ending cycle process parameter and any tool issues as appropriate.

· The ability to monitor the process and show an awareness of issues and demonstrate corrective actions to address those issues. 

Sorter

 Schedule is Sunday’s from 4pm to Midnight.  You are able to pick up extra shifts when people use PTO. Pay is $21.00 an hour 

The duties and responsibilities of a Package sorter may include the following:

• Sorting and scanning packages according to specific instructions and routing them to their designated locations.
• Loading and unloading packages onto conveyor belts or other sorting equipment.

Forklift Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift to retrieve and store large items on warehouse shelves.

• Prepare, package, and label items for shipment in compliance with company standards.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory movements within the warehouse.

• Utilize a forklift with an elevated work platform to facilitate inventory inspections.

• Ensure strict adherence to all established safety protocols and regulations.

• Provide support with additional warehouse operations, including the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.

Job duties include but not limited to:

• Build our premium HVAC products according to our exact standards and processes.
• Rotate to different workstations, or specialize in one area depending on your experience, staffing needs, training, and skill level
• Read blueprints and schematics to build commercial HVAC units while using hand and power tools.

2nd Shift: $18.50/hour PLUS $300 bonus after your first 30 days with PERFECT ATTENDANCE (ask recruiter for details)
