Prologistix is searching for a multitasking Account Coordinator who is highly competent and detail oriented.  The Accounting coordinator will serve as a point of contact for the accounting department including accounts payable and receivable.  Must have a good grasp of accounting concepts and financial reporting to thrive as accounting coordinator. Good verbal and written communication skills with a minimum of 3 years experience is required.  This position will be located in the Goldsboro area. 

Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Job responsibilities: 

• Responsible for routine customer collection calls concerning past due balances
• Provide invoice and statements upon request as well as maintaining the customer account 
• Processing invoices, credit memos, and RMA’s
• Posting customer payments
• Process customer credit information to enable the release of sales orders for shipping
• Importing payments form our bank into NetSuite and making corrections as needed
• Print and enter any special orders 
• Assist in covering the switchboard for receptionist breaks
• Other duties as assigned

Job Description:
