We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker Packers to join our team in the Tremonton area. This role requires strong quality control skills, the ability to work efficiently, and good judgment when solving problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality control (QC) checks to ensure accuracy and standards are met
• Use solid judgment and problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise
• Operate RF scanner (RF gun) and use a computer for daily tasks
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Work quickly while maintaining attention to detail

Pay and Schedule

• Pay: $19/hr-$24/hr
• Location: Denver & Aurora
• Schedule: 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd shifts

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, electric pallet jack or cherry picker

• Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers

• Move, stage, and store product in warehouse racking locations

• Support order picking and material handling activities

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report issues

• Maintain accurate material flow and staging

• Follow all safety rules and warehouse procedures

Requirements

• Prior forklift experience required; certification preferred but may be validated onsite

• Experience with sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Strong attention to safety and detail

• Basic computer or RF scanner experience is a plus

• Sort, label, and organize product in designated warehouse locations
• Assist with inventory counts and basic documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Support additional warehouse tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred, not required
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs frequently
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Basic ability to read pick tickets or follow written instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Steel-toed footwear may be required depending on location
