• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
• Overtime (if required): 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations in Bloomington, MN. In this role, you will work as part of a team to support material handling, product movement, and general warehouse functions while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support one functional area within the warehouse (e.g., Shipping, Receiving, or Inventory)
• Transport, stage, and move products and materials as needed
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and storage locations
• Follow all warehouse procedures, safety policies, and security guidelines
• Support quality and accuracy standards during product handling
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Job Description

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring inventory integrity throughout the warehouse. This role performs regular inventory audits, investigates discrepancies, and supports operational efficiency by monitoring inventory movement and accuracy.Responsibilities:Perform ABC, near-zero, and scheduled cycle counts throughout the warehouseInvestigate and reconcile inventory discrepanciesIdentify root causes of inventory variances and report findings to managementMonitor damaged inventory and ensure proper documentation and dispositionMaintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system (WMS)Research inventory issues related to shipping, receiving, production, and transfersAssist with inventory audits and physical inventory countsWork closely with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams to improve inventory accuracyEnsure compliance with company inventory procedures and policiesGenerate inventory reports and provide updates on inventory trends and issues

Hiring Forklift Operators in South Dallas… who are responsible for safely operating industrial trucks to move, locate, load, and stack materials in warehouses, distribution centers. Starting Pay is $17.00 to $21.00 based on your skill set and shift that best meets your needs.

Must Operate all forklifts: Sit-down/clamp/single-double Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Electric pallet jack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials from trucks or containers.
• Move products to storage areas or staging locations.
• Stack and organize inventory accurately.
• Inspect forklifts daily (safety checks, fluids, damage)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Use scanners or warehouse systems to track inventory
• Assist with general warehouse duties when needed

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Pay: $21.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience
Duration: Seasonal assignment, typically lasts through end of December

• Assisting applicants with onboarding and application completion
• Administering oral drug screens and documenting results
• Educating associates on pay options
• Supporting client-specific orientations
• Performing administrative tasks and documentation
