.  Line Lead –

• Oversee assembly production line and temporary employees
• Supervise and assist with labeling and packing of materials or products.
• Train new associates
• Provides feedback to employees on job expectations and conducts employee counseling.
• Performs duties as described under Shift Supervisor
• Maintain all appropriate paperwork
• Communicate with Management to continually address any production issues, discuss production line improvements, handle labor issues, and correct packing and machine problems 
• Maintain production line efficiency, quality, cleanliness and safety
• Ensure temporary employees are in compliance with proper Personnel Protective Equipment
• Line Leads must always be in compliance with PPE.
• Other duties as assigned

Heat Press Operator – Hat Patch Application

Location: Fontana, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

Pay: $18.50/hr

About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated Heat Press Operator to join our production team. This position involves applying patches to hats using a heat press machine. The work is highly repetitive, detail-focused, and requires the ability to stay consistent and accurate throughout the shift.

Important Note:

This job requires standing in the same workstation for the entire shift with very limited movement. If you prefer active roles that involve walking, picking, or moving around frequently, this position will not be a good fit.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a heat press machine to apply patches onto hats
• Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy and quality
• Follow detailed instructions and production standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Stand in one spot for 8+ hours while working at a steady, efficient pace

Stands and labels boxes/bottles for up to 8 hour days.Packs boxes with product, twist, turns and bends. Performs repetitive movement with the possibility of continually lifting up to 25lbs.

– Directs, leads and monitors production line staff to ensure quality of product meets expectations.- Communicates constantly with packaging operators regarding work orders requirements, operational issues, and productivity.- Oversees all changeovers to ensure they are performed in a safe and efficient manner.-Ensures all productibity of the label machine and changes out labels as needed.- Identifies operational concerns and communicates with production supervisor and maintenance technicians.- Continuously checks product to ensure especified requirements are met and pulls damaged product from the line.- Completes production kits and required paperwork in a timely manner.- Analyzes and resolves production line issues, or assists line workers in solving issues.- Communicates with forklift operator regarding reflenishment needs.- Ensures a clean and safe work environment.Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.- Prior experience working on a product line in a fast-paced environment.- Good leadership skills and ability to prioritize projects.- Attention to detail and quality control.- Ability tounderstand, enforce and follow company policies and procedures.- Ability to stand for entended periods of time.- Good prior attendance and punctuality record.

1st shift- Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm

2nd shift – Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-3am

No work experience necessary – Choose your days to work but must be able to work the full shift.

Line workers are responsible for:

• Packing product on assembly line
• Re-stickering boxes
• Palletizing
• Labeling product
• Other duties as assigned
