Quality Clerk (Temporary)

?? QC | Friday–Tuesday, 7AM–4PM | $19/hr
?? Temp role through September 
?? Resume + Interview Required

Join our Fulfillment & Logistics team to support warehouse and shipment operations. You’ll manage key tasks in the shipment lifecycle, focusing on accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage international shipment lifecycles (data entry, documentation, billing)

  • Maintain system records and financials for shipments

  • Communicate with customers and internal teams

  • Support compliance with internal and global shipping regulations

  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of freight forwarding, warehouse, or airline logistics experience preferred

  • Sit down forklift experience 

  • International freight knowledge strongly preferred

  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Teams; Cargowise a plus

  • Strong communication, time management, and urgency skills

  • High school diploma or GED required

Schedule & Pay:

  • Training: Monday–Friday

  • Regular Schedule: Friday–Tuesday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Pay: $19/hour
