Starting Pay is $18.50 an hour for this Temp to Hire opportunity, OT hourly rate is $27.75 

Available Schedule is 6a to 2:30p Monday to Friday, with OT as needed

Daily Job Duties include

• Perform cycle counts, Empty and Mixed Location Reports and Researching Inventory using SAP and WMS while safely operating a Reach or Cherry Picker forklift
• Inventory control, receiving and stocking
• Follow company guidelines and established processes
  
• Conducting inventory counting processes to ensure shipment accuracy
• Evaluating and managing stock rotation procedures
  
• Maintaining inventory storage space in the warehouse
• Training store staff in stocking procedures and product dating methods
  
• Planning warehouse space usage
  
• Placing inventory restock orders
• Communicating with management about any inventory issues that arise if product is missing or damaged within receiving or shipping product
• Managing and maintaining inventory records using an inventory management software system or WMS

Picking/Order EntryAssembles and fills orders to be shipped to customers or other divisionsVerify material picking is correct (pick ticket description matches material being picked)Hand count or scale count pending on the order quantity.Bag/seal and add picking label containing qty and customer information to the bag and box.Cycle count the balance of material picked that will be returned to stock. Label the box with a cycle count sticker containing the quantity counted.Bin audit and cycle count entire rack after all orders are picked. Recheck orders picked if there are any discrepancies.Stage rack for put away.Any other duties assigned by lead or manager.Order Entry Management- should have SAP experience.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 months recent experience on Sit Down Forklift (propane or electric)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of proper forklift safety skills
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Attention to details
• Experience working in a distribution center or warehouse
