??Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.00/hour
?? Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
?? Location: Richmond, VA
?? Machine Operator Responsibilities:
? Safely operate Peerless Plate machines in a fast-paced production environment
? Load and unload paper materials for production jobs
? Monitor machine performance and make approved adjustments or minor repairs
? Perform daily safety and compliance checks
? Troubleshoot machine issues and correct defects quickly
? Report equipment or production concerns to leadership immediately
? Follow all Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and Food Defense standards
? Maintain quality standards and production efficiency

?? Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
?? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
?? Comfortable climbing ladders as needed
?? Must provide own tools (per required tool list)
?? Must wear hard-soled leather work boots that cover the foot and ankle
?? Manufacturing experience preferred

Machine Operator – 3rd Shift Available
ProLogitix/Employbridge is seeking experienced Machine Operators to safely operate Peerless Plate machines in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Pay Rate: $19.00-$20.00
Shift: 11:00pm – 7:00am (Sunday – Thursday)
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate Peerless Plate machines safely and efficiently
- Load and unload paper materials for each job
- Monitor machine performance and make approved adjustments or minor repairs
- Perform daily safety and compliance checks
