Order Picker Job Duties:

• Picking and assembling customer orders
• Use material handling equipment to transport orders to correct location in warehouse
• Repack and weigh orders that require special handling
• Perform inventory duties

As a Warehouse Associate, you will report to a Supervisor and perform multiple warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of the distribution center such as receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping orders. This is a startup operation and requires a lot of flexibility. Initially, your schedule will be Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, and will later transition to Friday – 4:00 am – 4:00 pm & Saturday/Sunday 6:00 am – 6:00 pm once the site becomes fully operational. The hourly pay rate is $17.66 with weekly pay.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsibilities may include receiving, checking, palletizing, shrink wrapping, and storing
• Verify and receive materials into inventory
• Mark and inventory packages for storage or transit
• Work from pick sheet to pull product or supplies
• Check orders against pull sheets
• Use material handling equipment to unload incoming materials from trailers
• Mark and inventory packages for storage or transit
• Work overtime and weekends
• Other responsibilities as needed

Your Skills and Experiences

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of recent experience in a warehousing environment
• Can walk or stand for extended periods of time while wearing steel toe or composite toe shoes in a non-climate controlled environment
• Basic math skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
