• Adjusts welding head angles, wire feed, weld speeds, voltages and amperages and gases as necessary for welding of JOY and Red Line shells.
• Hydrostatically tests extinguishers by plugging shell openings and filling each shell with water and pressurizing to specifications and time.
• Visually check each shell for leaks and identifies then by marking the location of leak.
• Placing metal components into fixtures and using wire feed welder, welds a variety of 10, 20 and 30 pound brackets.
• Adjusts welder, voltage, wire feed, etc, as conditions vary, using MIG welder.

Senior Bench Jeweler Responsibilities:

• Ring Sizing based on completing 4 repairs per hour production.
• Performs bezel work, rebuilds V-prongs, shanks, galleries, and channels.
• Performs settings: A. Ability to set round and fancy stones of all shapes and sizes in different types of settings. B. Setting skills of flush and channel set stones. C. Sets clusters, trims, and strips or plates.
• Assists in Training team and presents or assists in the training program.
• Setting invisible set stones. Rebuilds and repairs rails on invisible settings.
• Supports business need by being fully trained on Laser use and proper maintenance.
• Chains, bracelets, and earrings repairs. Includes: soldering chains, soldering end tabs, soldering clasps, stone settings and replacing posts and backs on earrings.
• Polishing

ProLogistix is currently hiring Tuggers for our Logistics client in Ladson.  This is a career opportunity inside of an automotive manufacturer.  You will be working in a production environment delivering parts to the production line just in time. Part sizes can range from nuts and bolts to as large as bumpers.

Pay:  $16.50 – $17.50 per hour (Unlimited referral bonuses!)

1st Shift:  6:00 am – 2:15 pm Monday through Friday

2^nd Shift:  2:10 pm – 10:10 PM Monday – Friday

3^rd Shift: 8:30 PM – 6:05 AM Sundays

              10:05 PM – 6:05 AM Monday – Thursday

Job Duties as a Tugger for ProLogistix:

• Operate Tugger to move product on and off trucks and around warehouse.
• Assist with unloading containers by hand, repalletizing products, and loading into warehouse racks or trucks. Will be unloading by hand 50% of the time.
• Willing to work in any area of the warehouse to keep production moving…must be flexible!
• Work in a fast-paced team environment
• Be able to work in tight spaces
• Accurate recordkeeping and inventory documentation
