Position: Accounts Payable

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Carson. This role will primarily focus on payment processing and vendor communication, with additional responsibilities as a backup receptionist when needed.

Primary Responsibilities – Accounts Payable

• Work with shipment and payment systems including Nextgen (CargoWise One) and Poseidon (P2P).

• Process Excel SOAs, PDF invoices, and ensure timely communication with Corporate AP Representatives, Vendors, and Geodis teammates.

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

• Support invoice verification and payment approval processes.

Secondary Responsibilities – Backup Receptionist

• Greet guests, visitors, and contractors; check them into the Pandora system.

• Notify teammates via Teams when guests arrive and ensure they have an escort.

• Receive and log mail, DHL/FedEx envelopes, and packages for export (including TSA forms).

• Notify teammates when packages or envelopes are received.

• Provide front desk coverage during lunch breaks or when the receptionist is out.

ProLogistix is seeking an experienced Material Handler to join our clients warehouse team in USA Parkway, Nevada. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity!

Monday through Friday| 8:00AM-4:30PM| $20.50/hr

Job duties:

• Pick and pack orders accurately.
