Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tariffs Clerk to coordinate the domestic and international movement of freight. This role ensures all shipments meet regulatory requirements, are documented accurately, and arrive on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of materials and finished goods for domestic and international shipments.
• Prepare all required shipping documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Process special shipments, ensuring timely delivery, proper paperwork, and accurate tracking.
• Create domestic and international invoices for all shipments.
• Monitor transportation providers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Communicate regularly with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and domestic carrier representatives.
• Generate, review, and interpret traffic and transportation reports as needed.
• Analyze and communicate internally allocated bonded materials.
• Verify proformas and collaborate with material planners.
• Assist with special projects or other duties as assigned.
