In this entry-level role, you’ll be responsible for performing failure analysis on defective batteries, contributing to ongoing efforts to improve product reliability and performance. In addition, to diagnosing, testing, and repairing electronic components and battery modules used for energy storage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair circuit boards and battery modules
• Perform visual inspections and functional tests using diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes)
• Replace components (resistors, capacitors, connectors) under supervision
• Document repair activities and test results
• Follow safety and ESD protocols
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE

• Incoming shipment: unload containers and trucks loaded with receiving raw materials and products via use of forklift
• Tasks associated with incoming shipment also included
• Outgoing shipment: load different types of trucks with finished product via use of forklift
• Tasks associated with outgoing shipment also included
• Packing outgoing shipment, unpacking received shipment
• Assist along production line -cleaning the machine and tools
• Aluminum panel recycling process – Crushing and cutting aluminum composite panels into smaller pieces.
• Shearing and cutting aluminum composite panels to desired sizes
• Assist in building wooden pallets
• Assist supervisors as needed
• Support production team
• Housekeeping
