Perform warehouse duties, shipping, receiving, and distribution in accordance with 

organizational policies and applicable government laws or regulations.

General Accountabilities

• General warehouse duties receiving, storing, and shipping products or materials.

• Preparing outbound pallet shipments, wrapping and strapping materials. 

• Update inventory paperwork for received and shipped orders.

• Forklift experience to assist with loading trailers for outgoing shipments.

• Assist with inspecting products onto trucks for shipment to customers.

• Maintain a clean warehouse clear of any obstructions, hazardous materials, and potential 

dangers to all employees.

This role operates, monitors, and maintains high-speed centrifugal machines to separate sugar crystals from molasses or mother liquor. This role requires handling heavy machinery, strict adherence to safety/sanitation protocols (GMP), and troubleshooting skills to maximize efficiency. Including the following:

• Starts, stops, and operates batch or continues centrifugal, including controlling valves, and timers
• Monitor and control the spinning, washing, and discharging cycles to ensure optimal separation of syrup and molasses sugar crystals
• Run a centrifuge, operate controls and monitor machine, must be able to change setting on touch screen device
• Monitor sugar quality, moisture content, and color, making adjustments to the process to meet specifications
• Performs routine maintenance, lubricates machinery, and cleans the centrifuges (wash downs) to prevent sugar build up
• Prepare bicarbonate in the assigned location
• Transfer bicarbonate to liquid plant via forklift
• In Emergency situations if pipes become clogged, they need to be cleared from sugar accumulation
• Cleaning department area and plant area as assigned, including sweeping and mopping all floor levels and wipe down
• Cleaning of magnets of second and fourth floor

  Will be working with Cooling units and other bulk product

  Loading/unloading trucks with sit down forklift or stand up counter balance forklift trucks

  Stage product with sit down or stand up counter balance forklift 

  Pick order/Put-away product with forklift

  Other duties as assigned
