Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations in Bloomington, MN. In this role, you will work as part of a team to support material handling, product movement, and general warehouse functions while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support one functional area within the warehouse (e.g., Shipping, Receiving, or Inventory)
• Transport, stage, and move products and materials as needed
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and storage locations
• Follow all warehouse procedures, safety policies, and security guidelines
• Support quality and accuracy standards during product handling
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Sitdown FL Operates material handling equipment to move product. Will operate sit down forklift (propane/electric). Double Forks, clamp truck, slip sheeter experience a plus. Follows specific instructions and completes daily tasks forms. Completes preventive maintenance check list on a daily basis. Verifies the accuracy of product and product count. Utilizes RF scan gun. Communicates issues to manager quickly and eloquently. 

Day Shift: $19.50/hour

Evening Shift $21.50/hour

As a Reach Truck Cherry Picker operator, job responsibilities include: 

– Safely operating a Reach Truck and/or Cherry Picker to pick and put away orders / materials

-Performing other general warehouse job duties, including non-equipment functions (may not be on equipment 100% of every day). These job functions may include pick pack, palletizing, wrapping pallets, using a pallet jack, etc.

– Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required due to safety hazards

Requirements:

– Must have 3 – 6 months recent forklift experience. Flexible to perform other warehouse job functions, including non-equipment

– Have a great attitude and work efficiently

– Having good attendance is crucial

– Keeping a clean and organized workstation Safety is extremely important, follow safety policies and guidelines

– Being available for overtime as needed

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months recent experience on Electric Pallet Jack Rider
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of proper forklift safety skills
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Attention to details
• Experience working in a distribution center or warehouse
• Double or Triple experience a plus
