Responsibilities:

Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned locations

• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates

• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies

• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance

• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs • Comply with company policies and legal guidelines

This full-time role is responsible for inventory coordination, shipment processing, tariff-related documentation, and collaboration with customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of freight. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for client commodities stored in the warehouse

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between received, stored, and shipped materials

• Arrange trucking and shipping for client merchandise

• Calculate handling, receiving, and shipping charges for billing purposes

• Prepare, review, and process shipping documentation, including:

  • Bills of Lading

  • Shipper’s Instructions

  • Certificates of Origin

• Coordinate customs clearance processes with brokers to ensure timely freight delivery

• Communicate effectively with internal teams, carriers, and external partners

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skill

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
