Warehouse Coordinator needed in Elk grove! 

Pay: $19 

shift : 8am-6:30pm Sun, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 

30-50% sit-down  forklift needed 

Responsibilities:

1. Computer Skills:

• Input and organize data using software like Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and others with attention to detail.
• Ensure accurate documentation for each shipment, including invoices and delivery confirmations.
• Set up and manage email distributions, contacts, and tasks within Outlook

2. Inspection and Packing:

• Conduct regular inspections of car parts received from suppliers to ensure they meet customer quality standards.
• Use measurement tools and equipment for precise inspections.
• Document inspection results in quality databases.
• Assist with prepping boxes and packaging car parts.
• Pack parts securely and efficiently.

3. Quality Assurance & Control:

• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Identify and report any non-conformities or defects.
• Support equipment operators by wrapping, weighing, and preparing packages for shipping.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records.
• Complete necessary electronic documentation.

5. Commitment:

ProLogistix is now hiring for Experienced 1st Shift Reach Truck and Cherry Picker Forklift Operators with Inventory Control Experience with a world-renowned computer company in the area! 

Location: Whitsett

Hours and Starting Pay:

Mon-Fri 6:30am-3pm  $16.50hr

Job Duties for a Forklift Operator:

• Basic knowledge of SAP.
• Using pick lists or handheld computer instructions, remove material from stock to be moved to the order fill area.
• Load products into designated packages or on pallets based on order requirements, verifying counts and capturing data as required using barcode scanner and manual input to the system.
• Complete packaging of orders following established packaging guidelines.
• Apply labels and insert documents on the shipment.
• Receipt of incoming new materials, counting and verifying them against shipping documents (such as packing lists or bills of lading).
• Perform shipment transactions on outgoing orders while verifying shipment counts and packaging integrity.
• Prepare shipment documents and works with carrier to ensure accurate loading and marking.
• Ability to work in a fast paced position with strict deadlines
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
