• Support daily facility activities as a Facility Operator.
• Process customer orders, including:
• Scheduling trucks for pickups
• Generating Picking Tickets, Bills of Lading, and Packing Lists
• Track undelivered products and ensure accurate documentation.
• Generate shipping labels for outgoing UPS shipments.
• Prepare written and verbal correspondence with the Corporate Office regarding orders and shipments.

Special Requirements

• Must be able to work in a shop environment until new offices are constructed.
• Once completed, the role will transition primarily to office-based work.
• Steel-toe shoes are required while on the shop floor.
• Regular office footwear may be worn at the desk or in office areas.
• Qualifications
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and support multiple operational functions
• Previous administrative or operations experience is preferred but not required

As a forklift operator, job responsibilities include: 

• Safely operating a sit-down forklift to pick and put away orders / materials
• Performing other general warehouse job duties, including non-equipment functions (may not be on equipment 100% of every day). These job functions may include pick pack, palletizing, wrapping pallets, using a pallet jack, etc.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required due to safety hazards
