What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate advanced production equipment

• Follow detailed procedures and tight tolerances

• Work in a cleanroom environment

• Troubleshoot equipment errors and report issues to technicians or engineers

• Perform quality checks and data entry

• Keep machines and workspaces clean and organized

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What You Bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment

• Strong math skills (including decimals, fractions, and negative numbers)

• Basic computer/data entry ability

• Comfortable working with chemicals

• Able to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift 30 lbs

• Self-motivated, dependable, and a team player

• Willing to learn and train others

Schedule: Full-time | 1st and 3rd shifts available

Pay: $20-$21/hour BOE *Increase after 90 days
