Shifts start at $19.00 per hour with 2nd shift paid a $0.65 shift differential. All overtime will be paid at time and a half after 40 hours onsite. If Sundays are offered, they are paid at DT. We ask you to be open to both 1st or 2nd shift since your shift is To Be Determined based on the company need. We offer paid hands-on site-specific training, we do not train on forklift operation.
What do the shifts look like?
- 1st shift Monday- Friday; 5:00am – 1:30pm
- 2nd shift Monday – Friday; 2:30pm – 11:00pm
- Daily Overtime is possible based on workload
- Saturdays could be mandatory or voluntary
- Daily shift max of 10 hours

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 months recent experience in stand up reach
- Knowledge of proper forklift safety skills
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Attention to details
- Experience working in a distribution center or warehouse
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow safety guidelines
- Operate in narrow aisles
- Use handheld scanners or onboard computers
- Stand for an entire shift
- Follow warehouse systems and processes
- Consistently meet productivity standards

Ability to work 8, 10, or 12-hour night shifts

Knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety practices, and hazard identification

Deliver or support safety training, orientations, and toolbox talks

Maintain accurate EH&S documentation, logs, and records
