• Run a centrifuge, operate controls and monitor machine, must be able to change setting on touch screen device
• Monitor sugar quality, moisture content, and color, making adjustments to the process to meet specifications
• Performs routine maintenance, lubricates machinery, and cleans the centrifuges (wash downs) to prevent sugar build up
• Prepare bicarbonate in the assigned location
• Transfer bicarbonate to liquid plant via forklift
• In Emergency situations if pipes become clogged, they need to be cleared from sugar accumulation
• Cleaning department area and plant area as assigned, including sweeping and mopping all floor levels and wipe down

•   Operate ALL of the following powered industrial lift trucks to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials: Reach forklift / Stand-up forklift, Sit-down forklift , Order Picker / Cherry Picker, Slip Sheet, and Clamp.
•   Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy for tracking inventory and goods.
•   Load and unload trailers as required.
•   Perform inbound receiving and/or put-away processes.
•   Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
•   Display a commitment to process excellence and show understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy.
•   May support team lead or other supervisors as needed.
•   May perform other duties as assigned (including manual labor).

4:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

2:30 p.m. – 1:30 a.m.

5:30 p.m. – 4 a.m.

• Have a keen eye for detail and produce quality customized work.

• Interpret customer artwork or logo files

• Convert designs into embroidery-ready formats (digitizing)

• Select appropriate thread colors and stitch types

• Adjust sizing and placement based on garment type

• Set up embroidery machines (hooping, thread loading, needle setup)

• Program machine settings (speed, stitch count, tension)

• Monitor stitching process to ensure quality

• Troubleshoot thread breaks, misalignment, or machine errors

• Perform routine cleaning and oiling of machines

• Replace needles and worn parts

• Review personalization requests for accuracy

• Input custom details into order management systems

• Coordinate production timelines

• Heat transfer vinyl (HTV)

• Screen printing

• Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing

• Laser engraving (for certain materials)

• Any other job duties assigned by management.

•    Load and unload goods from vehicles.•    Adheres to all quality guidelines. •    Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks •    Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned areas. •    Ability to perform required functions with a minimum of direct supervision in task of routine. •    Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards. •    Review copies of production or shipping orders and transport material to and from the designated areas.
