• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field (preferred).

• 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain roles in a distribution or industrial manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, materials planning, and warehouse coordination.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make timely decisions.
