•  Coordinate Print Shop production schedule to meet customers’ expectations and deadlines. Communicate the status of jobs, any unique circumstances relating to jobs, etc. to printshop staff and client.
•  Ensure all jobs are delivered on-time, expedite operations that delay or alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions. Remain in contact with customers when critical issues arise, or work production schedule is jeopardized.
•  Provide proof reading and monitor jobs for errors and/or “common sense” mistakes to eliminate rework.
•  Perform layout/job set up to assure cost effective utilization of equipment (computer and printing) and materials while meeting the customers’ requirements and timeframes.
• Perform production (copying, printing, finishing, etc.) and coordinate pick-up/delivery to meet deadlines.
•  Complete and maintain all required paperwork, print requests, documents, etc. Keep job ticket information complete, accurate and current.

Shift & Pay rate:

• Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm with overtime as needed; $22.00 an hour.

Job Functions: 

• Check truck drivers in and out.
• Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity according with warehouse direction and vendor assignment in warehouse. 
• Verify accuracy of all shipping/receiving documentation. Partner with the inventory department to resolve any issues . 
• Assist in appointment scheduling as needed. 
• Update required reports on a timely basis.
• Communicate with customers and assist with customer needs.
