Job Requirements:
Warehouse Associates Job Qualifications:
- 3 months or more recent experience working in a distribution center or warehouse is a plus
- Able to work 8, 10 or 12 hours shifts
- Able to carry, twist, push, pull products and lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand, walk and bend for the entire shift
- Experience working with technology – RF scanners, warehouse computers a plus
- Able to follow written and verbal work instructions
- Able to count accurately
- Wear steel toes work shoes

- Loading/unloading trucks with sit down forklift or stand up counter balance forklift trucks
- Stage product with sit down or stand up counter balance forklift

- Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
- Communicates and coordinates inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily – so that supervisors can assign necessary product, equipment, and human resources needed to complete schedule.
- Provides daily written and electronic copies of analysis and statistics of inventory count and quality audits results.
- Spot audit unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping personnel for all accounts and documents the results in an Excel spreadsheet.
- Interacts with supervisors to help identify trends, processes, or people that require corrective action.
- Read and respond to all emails in a timely fashion.
- Other duties as assigned

As a Warehouse Forklift Operator
- Safely operating a stand up (reach truck/cherry picker) or a sit-down forklift to pick and put away orders / materials
- Performing other general warehouse job duties, including non-equipment functions (may not be on equipment 100% of every day). These job functions may include pick pack, palletizing, wrapping pallets, using a pallet jack, stationary packing, etc.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required due to safety hazards
