What You’ll Do

• Facility cleaning — Empty trash cans, remove debris, wipe down/dust dock doors and equipment, stock restrooms, vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain exterior yard areas.

• Basic repairs — Perform simple equipment repairs as needed to support daily operations.

What You Need to Succeed

Minimum Requirements

• Custodial experience — At least 6 months in custodial operations.

• Physical capability — Ability to safely walk, reach overhead, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel.

• Endurance — Walk and stand for long periods on various surfaces, including uneven or slippery areas.

Preferred

• Education — High school diploma or equivalent.

• Teamwork — Positive attitude and strong ability to work well with others.
