The Warehouse Admin Receiving Clerks is a vital role within the warehouse operations, responsible for efficiently tracking, processing, and managing incoming shipments. This position ensures that all shipments are properly recorded, discrepancies or delays are handled promptly, and inventory records are kept accurate. The Warehouse Admin Receiving Clerk works closely with various teams to ensure the smooth flow of goods into the warehouse, contributing to overall operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.

Available Shifts and Hourly Pay Rates

• $20.00 an Hour, Days Working 6A to 5P Monday to Friday
• $21.50 an Hour, Evenings Working 2P to 10:30P Monday to Friday

Please Note:  All Orientation and Training is Monday to Friday 7:00am for the 1st week

Daily Responsibilities of our Warehouse Admin Receiving Clerks:

• Monitor Inbound Shipments by tracking inbound shipments using SAP to ensure timely and accurate updates and add Non-TMS orders into SAP for proper visibility and processing.
• Logistics Tickets Management by opening hot logistics tickets for orders in release status that have not shipped or arrived by the requested delivery date.
• Additional Ticket Management for shortages, overages, damages, wrong destination, orders not in the system and/or paperwork issues.
• Update Open Transportation Delay Tickets when a live driver arrives after the scheduled delivery time.
• Ticket Monitoring and Updates communicate any significant changes, escalations, or resolutions to all relevant teams
