Weekly schedule Monday-Friday 10:00AM-6:30PM Contract to hire after 520 hours Starting pay rate is $20.00 an hour Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time and repetitively lift up to 50 pounds. Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near work site. Inspects materials for quality/defects. Able to identify material by part number or written description. Manually moves materials onto or from pallets and shelves. Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated areas. Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet. Cleans work area, machines, and equipment. Assembles crates to contain products when required. Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers. Adheres to all safety rules and regulations.

• Clean and sanitize floors, walls, restrooms, and equipment using approved cleaning agents and tools.

• Collect, sort, and dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with local regulations.

• Operate cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and compactors.

• Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas.

• Follow sanitation schedules and complete cleaning logs accurately.

• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to supervisors.

• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Assist with deep cleaning tasks during shutdowns or special projects.
