Order Processing Tech Tech $18-$19 per hour (Bilingual a plus)

If you meet the requirements below. DONT WAIT! CONTACT US TODAY! 

? Systematically process and prepare daily orders within internal ERP System and through other platforms including EDI portals, eCommerce & Marketplace Sites.

? Validates order accuracy including SKU, price, address, shipping method, address, and etc.

? Validates and confirm all orders are received on EDI portals and eCommerce portals for any order changes.

? Ensure all orders are processed promptly and goods are shipped accurately

? Communicate to leadership any product shortages or related operational challenges.

? Manage back-order processing or cancellation of orders.

? Prepare shipping documents and schedule freight pick-ups as required (USPS, FedEX, UPS, LTL).

? Collaborate with warehouse team & 3PL on order processing statuses to ensure prompt fulfillment.

? Assist & support Order Management team in B2B and Retail order processing.

? Consolidate data and prepare accurate reports for the management.

Qualifications

? High School Graduate or GED Equivalent

? 2 year of order processing experience is highly preferred.

? Proficient with computer with strong Excel Skills

? Strong attention to details, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.

? Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

? Working knowledge of business systems and tools (e.g. NetSuite, WMS) preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION

PFS sells and services commercial printing equipment in the western United States.  We are looking for a motivated individual who will take a pivotal role in our financial operations, focusing on purchasing, accounts payable, processing sales orders, invoicing and general sales support.  Ideally, he/she will have some ERP experience (PFS uses Sage), familiarity with excel and working knowledge of procurement and invoicing. 

The position requires a detail oriented person who is comfortable juggle multiple priorities.  Strong writing and communication skills are also welcome.

This is an attractive open ended opportunity for a career minded professional who is looking for a new home.
