Fully in office - Monday - Friday from 8-5 with an hour for lunch

Responsibilities

• Data entry of new customer information
• Assist in maintaining customer information and demographics
• Verify and update multi-state tax exemption certificates
• Assist in periodic review of tax exemption certificates for renewal dates and request for updated forms
• Process multi-state sales tax returns
• Create spreadsheets and reporting in Excel to run and edit weekly reports in systems
• Some credit/collections duties

Monday to Friday 4pm to 2am - $20/hour

Machine Operator Duties Include:

• Operating plant machinery
• Reading job specifications to determine machine adjustments
• Observing machines to detect product defects or malfunctions
• Review product for inconsistencies 
• Performing routine machine maintenance
• Stand for long periods of time
• Twist, bend, stand, stoop
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Machine Operator Responsibilities Include:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in machine operations
• Availability to work overtime

Tight knit environment with only a few other employees onsite.

Must be able to navigate on a computer, use Microsoft word, excel, outlook.

Note taking and working towards the organization of the functions onsite.

Filing and organization of documentation.

Scheduling and planing of business activities.

• Able to work 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts
• Able to twist, lift, carry, push, pull products and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand up, walk, bend for entire shift
