• 3 months recent experience working in a distribution center or warehouse a plus
• Able to work 8, 10 or 12 hours shifts
• Able to carry, twist, push, pull products and lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand, walk and bend for the entire shift
• Experience working with technology – RF scanners, warehouse computers a plus
• Able to follow written and verbal work instructions

Warehouse Lead – Anthony, NM

Pay: $15.00 per hour | 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM | Weekly Pay

Are you an experienced leader ready to take charge in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We’re looking for a Warehouse Lead to join our team in Anthony, NM. If you have at least one year of lead experience and know how to keep operations running smoothly, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise warehouse forklift operators to maintain productivity and efficiency.
• Operate powered industrial trucks to load and unload materials and move them to and from storage areas, machines, loading docks, and trucks.
• Monitor dock areas and other assigned locations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Resolve issues on the warehouse floor quickly and effectively.
• Manage order flow to meet daily production requirements.
• Assist in overseeing and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
