Shift is Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Pay is $20/hr.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Review and verify customer orders for accuracy, including product specifications and delivery details.
• Enter order data into the company’s computer system, ensuring all information is accurate and complete for processing.
• Generate invoices and shipping documents, such as packing slips and labels, to prepare orders for dispatch.
• Handle customer inquiries related to their orders, providing updates on order status, shipping information, and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
• Perform end-of-day reconciliation tasks, including verifying that all orders have been correctly processed and addressing any discrepancies.
• Strive for efficiency in order processing, meeting established deadlines and turnaround times.
• Contribute ideas for process enhancements, aiming for continuous improvement in order processing workflows.
• Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in orders, ensuring timely resolution.
• Other duties as assigned including helping with general labor and housekeeping.

Our client in Elk Grove is currently seeking a dependable and experienced Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate for overnight shifts. This position requires heavy manual labor, loading and unloading trucks, and operating a sit-down forklift.

Schedule #1:

• Sunday: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM

• Monday: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM

• Tuesday: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Schedule #2:

• Thursday: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM

• Friday: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM

• Saturday: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Job Duties

• Load and unload trucks

• Break down and repalletize pallets by hand

• Operate a sit-down forklift

Requirements

• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly

• Sit-down forklift experience REQUIRED

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
