• Able to work 8, 10 or 12 hours shifts
• Able to carry, twist, push, pull products and lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand, walk and bend for the entire shift
• Experience working with technology – RF scanners, warehouse computers a plus
• Able to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Able to count accurately

As a Customer Service Representative for large retail credit services you will:

• Assist customers and  employees with furniture purchase financing and other financially related duties.
• Issue refunds on purchases, processing of payments, assisting with gift cards, and assisting in administration of financing for our customers.

Other duties include.

• Answers incoming phone calls from store personnel and consumers concerning processing refunds, third party financing, and credit card processing.
• Processes incoming incidents received in response to requests from other stores.
• Assists store personnel and customers with issues that may arise from a gift card purchase.
• Handles the approval process for refunds from purchases regardless of financing selection.
• Maintains customer confidentiality.

• 40 hours per week, working hours are either 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Work two Saturdays per month. When scheduled to work on a Saturday (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM), they will receive a weekday off during that same week. For example, your weekly schedule may be Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, depending on your Saturday shift.

$18.00 per hour.

ProLogistix in New Albany is looking for motivated individuals with Sit-down Forklift, Reach Truck Forklift and/or Cherry Picker Forklift Experience! If you feel like this describes you, we have positions with your name on them! 

Pay based on chosen shift and experience $17.25 – $22.50

1st shift: 

• 6:00am – 2:30pm, Mon – Fri
• 7:00am – 3:30pm, Mon -Fri

2nd shift:

• 3:00pm – 11:30pm, Mon – Fri
• 3:30pm – 12:00am, Mon – Fri

3rd shift:

• 10:00pm – 6:30am, Mon – Fri

Weekend 1st shift:

• 5:00am – 3:30pm, Fri – Mon
• 6:00am – 6:30pm, Fri – Sun
