ISSUES TO THE MANAGER. MAINTAIN ALL BATTERIES INCLUDING WATERING, WASHING, AND A CMMS SYSTEM. WEAR ALL PPE WHILE PERFORMING THE JOB, MAINTAIN AREA CLEANLINESS. REPORT ANY DEFICIENCIES TO

MAINTENANCE OR THE FACILITIES MANAGER.

FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

*REMOVE AND REPLACE BATTERIES WITH THE BHS SYSTEM IN THE MOST EFFICIENT AND SAFEST MANNER, INCLUDING MAINTAINING THE MANUFACTURER STANDARD OF CHANGING AND CHARGING THOSE BATTERIES.

*DURING ANY OUTAGE OF THE EQUIPMENT PERFORM THESE DUTIES MANUALLY WITH PROPER EQUIPMENT PROVIDED.*WEAR PPE DURING ALL BATTERY TRANSACTIONS OR MAINTENANCE OF THE BATTERIES.

*MONITOR BATTERY CHARGE, MAINTAIN, AND CLEAN BATTERIES, AND LEAVE MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT AT THE PROPER CHARGING STATION.* ASSISTS WITH ROUTINE MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTIONS ON BHS SYSTEMS.

The General Labor Associate is responsible for supporting production, assembly, and warehouse operations by performing a variety of manual labor tasks. This role ensures materials, components, and products move efficiently through the facility while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Shift: Monday-Friday (occasional/mandatory OT on Saturday’s)

7:00a.m.-4p.m. (hours may fluctuate with production and season)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general manufacturing and warehouse duties as assigned.
• Load, unload, and move materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facility.
• Assist with assembly, packaging, labeling, and preparing fitness equipment or components.
• Operate basic tools, equipment, or machines (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
• Support shipping/receiving activities as needed.
