• Able to follow instructions, work collaboratively, and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic reading and comprehension skills for work instructions and safety guidelines
• High attention to detail with a focus on producing quality work
• Good time management and ability to stay productive during downtime
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus but not required

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods
• Must be able to work in a noisy, fast-paced setting
• Overtime availability required as production needs arise

Pay Rate: $14.50/Hr

Shift: 1pm – 10pm Monday – Friday + OT as needed

Job Description: 

• Obtains copy of production schedule or shipping order and transports material or equipment to and from designated areas in the facility
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as trailers.
• Moving goods packed on pallets around the warehouse facility
• Stacking goods and following inventory control instructions.
• Checking loads are secure
• Stacking empty pallets
• Performing daily equipment checks
• Examining products to verify conformance to quality standard
• Operate the forklift standup
