We are seeking an experienced and dependable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Romeoville, IL. This position operates in a freezer environment, and all required cold-weather gear and protective equipment will be provided. Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload inbound and outbound trucks
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Pull customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Perform product put-aways and inventory replenishment
• Transport materials throughout the warehouse as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

NIGHTS 7PM-330AM *TRAIN ON DAYS REPORT TO NIGHTS ON 10/12 Light Industrial Background What youll do on a typical day: – Provide cleaning services within buildings and grounds including emptying trash cans removing debris wiping down/dusting dock doors and various equipment cleaning restrooms vacuuming sweeping and mopping – Perform basic equipment repairs What you need to succeed at GXO: At a minimum you'll need: – 6 months of experience in custodial operations – Ability to safely walk reach including above your head bend climb push pull twist squat and kneel as necessary to perform job duties – Walk and stand for extended periods of time on various surfaces that may be uneven or slippery Itd be great if you also have: – High school diploma or equivalent – Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.

Forklift Operator Responsibilities:

• Shifts: Will include one weekday off and one weekend day off. Will be discussed during interview with client. 

1st Shift-8:00am-4:30pm Sunday-Thursday OFF Friday/Saturday $23.75
