Shipping and Logistics Company looking for Warehouse Material Handlers in Cedar Hill!!

Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00-16.50

4 day work week, 10 hour shifts Plus overtime as needed, must be able to work a weekend Day!!

Current Schedules:

• Day Shift 6a to 4:30p with 4 day work week option
  • A1 – Working Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
  • A2 – Working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday

• Night Shift 6p to 4:30a with 4 Day work week option
  • B1 – Working Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
  • B2 – Working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday

Warehouse Material Handlers Job Duties:

• Use RF Scanner
• Build pallets and scan boxes and label stacks of boxes
• Receive and Verify Shipments
• Accurately pick orders to ensure efficient fulfillment
• Securely package and pick items from packing bins
• Remove products from trucks for efficient unloading

General Laborer must possess a thorough knowledge of processes and procedures associated with supply, storage, and distribution functions within a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for various functions associated with shipping, receiving, and the packaging of inbound/outbound shipments along with various housekeeping duties.

Requirements:

• Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language.

• Mathematical skills: ability to perform all basic calculations (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).

• Physical demands: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

• Warehouse environment: in and outdoor with possible extreme weather conditions.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and equipment.

• Perform various tasks in assistance or in support of the organization including but not limited to general labor.

• Be willing to work other than normal scheduled hours, which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays according to the needs of the business.

• Punctuality is a must; be on time and ready to work at the start shift.

• Perform various tasks on box lines, FFS-lines, and manual lines.

Move and set up machinery as directed by Lead or Supervisor.

• Manual labor including sorting, measuring, scanning, registering, picking, and other various tasks.

• Be able to follow all Visual Operating Procedures required for your assigned task.

$20.00/hour
Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm

Job Summary:
The Staffing Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties to support the office in their daily work execution. This position is integral in effectively managing the office traffic volume to support an exceptional client experience.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Greets walk-ins and serves as the first point of contact in the office.
• Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls and handles general inquiries.
• Assists with the onboarding process and new-hire orientations to provide support to the customer success team.
• Provides support to the recruiting team as needed to ensure applicants complete all facets of the application process.
