ProLogistix is seeking an immediate Data Entry Clerk for our client in Spokane, WA.
Monday-Friday| 9:00am-1:00pm|$18.50/hr
Summary: The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for recording information within a Warehouse Management System. They are also responsible for entering order data paper formats or emails into a warehouse management system using a keyboard. This is a clerical position in a professional office setting. The associate will be frequently required to sit, stand, walk use hands, stoop, bend, and reach.
Essential Functions:
- Type in data provided directly from customers.
- Create and review spreadsheets as needed.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
- Update existing data.
- Retrieve data from database or electronic files.
- Sort, organize and file paperwork after entering data to ensure it’s not lost.
- Other duties as requested.

Job Requirements:
- Fast typing skills, knowledge of touch-typing systems is strong preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware and peripheral devices.
- Basic understanding of databases.
- Good command of English, both oral and written, and customer service skills.
- Able to read, write and speak English.
- 1-2 years of Data entry experience.
- Extension use of a phone and PC
