• Enter data into inventory systems following SOPs

• Follow Detail Check procedures (Express Check, S2M4, Bulk)

• Cross-train across multiple warehouse functions

• Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned

2nd Shift Schedule:

??? Friday & Saturday: 3:30 PM – 11:30pm
? Must be available to work all 7 days

Primary responsibilities : Accounts Payable

Manage payment processes using Poseidon and Excel SOA’s 

Review and process PDF invoices 

Communicate with corporate AP Representatives, vendors, and Teammates 

Focus on transactions involving Steamship Lines and Airlines 

Maintain accurate records and ensure timely payment execution  

Secondary Responsibilities: Back Receptionist 

Greet guest, visitors, and contractors: Check them into Pandora System 

Issue visitors/contractor badges and confirm escort presence before building entry

Receive and log mail, DHL/FedEx envelopes and export packages

Complete TSA forms for export packages and notify recipients

Monday through Friday| 7:00AM-3:30PM | $23.50/hr.

Job Duties:

• Lead and support a team of warehouse associates to meet daily goals.
• Operate reach truck and electric walkie rider safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and order accuracy.
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency and productivity.
• Train new team members on safety and operational procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a reach truck and walkie rider.
• Prior lead or team lead experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable lifting 50 lbs. and working on your feet for extended periods.

Monday through Friday| 6:00AM-2:30PM| $21.50 an hour.

Job duties:

• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control processes.
• Operate reach truck and order picker forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Accurately pick, stage, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Conduct RF scanning to track inventory and ensure orders accuracy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience operating a reach truck and order picker.
• Previous cycle counting or inventory experience.
• Must be ale to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, safety focus, and team oriented.
• Ability to use RF scanners and basic computer knowledge.
