Job Description:

• Maintains favorable contact with the corresponding Customer Service Representatives
• Manages customer product order from order entry to shipment.
• Reviews product inventories to make sure appropriate Inventory levels are maintained and follows up with the corresponding plant when they fall below the established levels
• Has complete understanding of each customer’s ordering systems, and delivery expectations.
• Analyze, find cause and correct shipping discrepancies between client and customer records.
• Fill out premium freight forms, as needed.
• Participate in customer provided training sessions.
• Advise the Customer Service Representative on the team of customer service delivery issues.
• Advise the Customer Service Representative on the team of new or revised expectations by the customer.
• Get daily pick list/orders report.
• Oversee the Production of components with the right Quality
• Oversee the good Care & Maintenance of the equipment in his cell
• Coordinate with Customer Service Representatives and/or Production Planners for special shipments.
• Verify stock available following FIFO procedures, assign pick location and give to warehouse operators to prepare.
• Process invoices for all orders picked in accordance to customer orders where applicable.
• Print all unit related e-mail and ship in accordance to instructions on e-mails.
• Verify that the loading of material on the assigned carrier is correct and that the proper carrier and Service level is used.
• Report any problems or shipping irregularities to the Distribution Manager and/or Customer Service Representative on their team.
• Receive, verify, and process in the system all components parts received from the Plants
• Receive special deliveries and customer returns
• Report packaging needs timely to Juarez for replenishment
• Maintain High levels of Inventory Accuracy of the items in his area
• Keep files and documentation of all orders in an orderly manner, and easy to retrieve when needed
• Maintain high standards of Order & Housekeeping in his/her area
• This area is Security sensitive. He/She must maintain strict access policy
