Job Title: Inventory Control Clerk
Location: New Albany, OH
Schedule: Part-Time | 3 Days per Week | 12-Hour Shifts AM and PM
Pay Rate: $24/hour
We’re looking for a highly organized and experienced Inventory Control Clerk to join our distribution center team. In this key role, you will oversee inventory accuracy, monitor product flow, and support operational decisions that keep our warehouse running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control inventory integrity across assigned warehouse areas

Maintain and ensure accurate product identification systems

Investigate inventory discrepancies and make appropriate system corrections

Track and manage aged inventory; maintain logs and perform audits

Oversee stock counts and physical inventories; reconcile differences

Produce partial pallet reports to support consolidation and space optimization

Coordinate daily workload and staffing with the Inventory Supervisor

Delegate and support warehouse tasks within assigned teams

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment

Ensure all work meets company quality standards

Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols

Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent required
-
2–4 years of experience in inventory control in a warehouse

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in computer systems and warehouse inventory tools

Solid understanding of inventory and accounting principles

Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
-
Physically capable of lifting up to 60 pounds and performing repetitive tasks such as standing, bending, and rotating

Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions when needed

A strong commitment to accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement
