Job Opening: Warehouse Associate/Forklift

Auburndale FL, company now hiring Warehouse/Forklift Associate

Shift:  1st  – 8am – 5pm

Pay: $16-18 DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to follow both verbal and hand signal instructions to identify product to be moved

• Verifies heat numbers, quantity, and complete stocking and shipping of product

• Installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit

• Painting, stenciling, coating of pipes

• Observe all safety precautions and wear appropriate PPE at all times

• Cross-train on alternate assignments and perform duties in other work areas as needed

• Maintain Housekeeping in assigned work area

• Any other duties as requested by respective supervisor and/or manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours and weekends (normal schedule: 40 hrs.)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Stable work history, preferably in an industrial environment
• Reliable transportation to arrive at work each day
• Committed to always working safely including a commitment to the policies and procedures of the operation
• Positive attitude; good team player
• Requires some data entry
• Minimum 2 years forklift experience
