Job Opening: Quality Specialist

ProLogistix is seeking and Experience Quality Specialist for our Healthcare client

Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

Detailed Responsibilities

Assist site QM with GXP compliance-related matters

• Compliance related queries from internal employees and management directing them to appropriate support.
• Liaise with DCM/LQM to obtain necessary documents and information to complete tasks.
• Ensure Good Documentation Practices throughout facility
• Process GXP training records to ensure training matrices are updated and accurate. 
• Organize a training plan for existing associates to ensure recurrent training occurs. 
• Support retraining efforts to support CAPA completion.
• Track training in order to ensure training/retraining deadlines are being met.
• Support and coordinate tasks and activities associated with meetings, presentations, and trainings as needed.

• Coordination of Training and New Hire Orientation with the Operations Manager and/or Quality Manager

Participate in program projects and support creation and roll-out of training initiatives.
