Job Opening: Customer Service Rep
Description
3PL warehouse in Dallas is now hiring a Customer Service Specialist to provide high quality service to customers by resolving issues, processing orders, and delivering accurate information in a timely and professional manner
Monday – Friday
8:00 am – 5:00 pm
$18.00/hr -$20.00/hr depending on experience
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the system
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best solution
Communicate clearly and effectively with internal departments such as warehouse
Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
Handle escalated issues or complaints with professionalism
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or logistics environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with a warehouse management system.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to pass a background check
